The room keys malfunctioned frequently, which was frustrating!!! Common areas appeared neglected, requiring more attention to cleanliness!!! Overall, the lack of notable security presence left me feeling uncertain at night!!!

The location is excellent with great nearby restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the outdated furniture and some cleanliness issues were disappointing. On a positive note, the front desk staff was friendly during my stay.

Not the best experience

We had a rough start when we booked two rooms but got just one. It took a bit to sort it out, and they had to clean a room for our sons. The staff seemed overwhelmed which made it kind of chaotic. That being said, the room itself was decent, and the breakfast options were alright.

my room kinda stunk at first, but the staff were super friendly! ! the full kitchen was awesome for food prep and the area is perfect with shopping and parks close by. plus, the king bed was really comfy!
